  3. This is why I never understand people who actually _solicit_ advice on Facebook. Like, "We're potty training! Advice please?" and then the person just gets 15 pieces of conflicting advice.

  5. Thus why I don't have a FB account, it would drive me mad. My DH always jokingly suggests Benedryl for every issue.

  12. Thanks for posting this, although light hearted and funny, It made me aware that I do respond differently online than in person. Right after watching this a friend posted about child rearing issue as the comments added up they were almost spot on to the video. Instead of piping in my 2 cents. I choose to cheer the mom on.

  16. Yeah... one of the reasons why I don't post about parenting stuff on fb or pretty much any online forum. (Except maybe here to cheer you on.) But then again, I don't have mom friends. ;-)

  20. Now, almost a month later, echoing what Anonymous said above...where are you and are you OK?

Perhaps I missed the obligatory "I'm taking a break from this site" announcement, but highly unlike you to have radio silence.

  22. We can not be friends is a rather ambiguous phrase with a dubious friends. I do not like it. As a rule, it tends to hurt people. I think i'll develop your idea further on.

  23. I think everything wrote made a great deal of sense. But, what about this?
what if you added a little content? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your blog, however suppose you added a title that grabbed a person's
attention? I mean "Dislike" is kinda plain.
You could peek at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news titles to grab people to open the links. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab people excited about what you've written.

In my opinion, it would make your blog a little livelier.
